Today we went to see our first baseball game.
What about ... it was a great experience though perhaps a little boring.
The Blue Jays played today against a team not particularly strong, so they won with ease
Roger The center is a beautiful stadium holds about 50,000 people and the great thing is that even if you have the most unlucky people can see well the field, because they built it in an intelligent and never too far away from the field could not see anything. We spent $ 9 + taxes for tickets and we were the last ring, but you could see the field. Roger
The roof of the center is opened, is opened only if the weather is fine, because the field is erba artificiale e dato che oggi era prevista pioggia purtroppo non l'hanno aperto.
Una cosa divertente, che non sapevamo è che se la squadra di casa esegue 3 strike di fila all'interno di un inning e per 3 volte durante la partita (quindi effettua 9 strike)tutti gli spettatori ricevono FREE PIZZA. Quest'oggi ci siamo andati vicini, mancava un solo strike per avere la pizza gratis, e tutto lo stadio gridava "free pizza, free pizza", ma purtroppo l'ultimo strike non c'è stato.
In compenso poiché siamo stati tra i primi 10000 ad entrare allo stadio abbiamo ricevuto come regalo un modellino del Roger center, alquanto bruttino, ma pur sempre un simpatico souvenir della giornata.
