Diciamo he se è giorno e non hai la luce, non è un problema se ti fermano perchè appunto è giorno, ma se non hai il campanello ti fanno la multa!!! Non so quanto ti facciano di multa, ma ho visto con i miei occhi dare la multa a un ciclista perchè non aveva il campanello.
Questa città è sempre piena di sorprese...
